Works without signal
Write the report where the signal isn’t
Rural roads, basements, metal apparatus bays. ExigentOps keeps working: reports, truck checks and inspections save on the device and upload on their own when you’re back in range.

What works offline
Incident reports
Create or edit a report with no connection. It saves on the device and uploads in order when signal returns.
Apparatus & equipment checks
Run the daily check in the bay. It keeps the time it was really done, even if it uploads hours later.
Inspections
Walk the building, mark the checklist, note violations. The inspection uploads when you’re back outside.
Built so nothing gets lost or doubled
- The app opens without signal once it’s been used on that device, with recently viewed records available.
- Slow connections count as offline. If a save takes more than a few seconds, it’s queued instead of left hanging.
- No duplicates. Each queued save carries an ID, so a retry can’t create a second report.
- You can see the queue and retry or discard anything that couldn’t upload.
- Safe on shared computers. Saved data is tied to one person and wiped when they sign out.
Good to know: filing to NERIS, approving reports and logging exposures need a connection, because they talk to NERIS or to other members’ records. Queued saves are kept on the device for up to 14 days.
