ExigentOps started with one officer’s frustration: finishing a long call, then fighting the reporting software for another hour. It’s the system Captain Stan Braxton (Ret.) wanted for his own department.
Why ExigentOps exists
After over 25 years in the fire service, Stan knew where reporting software went wrong: forms that ask every question on every call, error codes no one can read, and prices that charge per member and per module. When NFIRS gave way to NERIS, departments had to change systems anyway. ExigentOps is the one he built for them.

Download every record your department has, any time. We’ll export on request for 90 days after you leave. We never use your data for advertising or to train AI.

One published yearly price per department by call volume, with every feature and every member included.
Pay the way you already do
We mail one invoice a year and take checks. A late payment never locks you out of your records.

NERIS V1 compatible
ExigentOps passed the NERIS V1 data exchange compatibility check in October 2026 and files through the official NERIS API.
