Fire inspections

Fire inspections that track what’s due

Every property, its occupancy and how often it’s inspected. ExigentOps works out what’s overdue and what needs a re-inspection, and the inspection itself works on a phone with or without signal.

From property list to re-inspection

  1. Add your properties

    Name, address, occupancy group (A, B, E, F, H, I, M, R, S, U), first-due station, owner contact, and how often it’s inspected — every 3 to 36 months.

  2. Inspect with the checklist

Thirteen standard items from address numbers and Knox box to sprinklers, hood suppression and occupant load — pass, fail or N/A with notes — plus your own items.

  3. Failures schedule the re-inspection

Any failed item puts the property in “re-inspection needed” on the date you set, or a month later by default.

  4. Status stays current

Never inspected, overdue, due within 30 days, or current — worked out from the last inspection and the property’s interval.

Inspection types

Annual, re-inspection, complaint, new business, pre-occupancy and other, with the inspector picked from your roster.
